		<description>I agree about the Applied .NET DDD book, not an enjoyable read and didn't deliver very much in my view.  The rest of the books are all great though, especially the one by Eric Evans.</description>

		<description>I would agree that Persistance Ignorance, and POCO definitely were valuable concepts to learn.  I just wish the rest of the book had been as valuable :)</description>

		<description>I liked the first person POV.

Seeing a complete scenario with the associated evaluations and decisions interested me. The prose is sometimes blog-rough, but the story has value. 

I also dug (and adopted) his viewpoint on POCO and Persistance Ignorance.</description>

		<description>Personally I found the Applied DDD/Patterns in C# book painful to read.  I'd highly recommend giving it a look on Safari (use the free trial) before spending real $ on this book.</description>
