		<description>they&#039;re called the IDEO method cards. they&#039;re a bit more instructive, but nice for sparking creativity. there&#039;s an iphone version as well that will let you check out a few.</description>

I&#039;ll pick up a copy soon.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great find on the Oblique Strategies deck. I use them frequently myself, but never thought about using them for the teams that I&#039;m coaching. I have used the IDEO cards before and really like those.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for sharing.</description>
